- At least 2 years professional chef experience
- Experience as a Chef, Chef de Partie (CDP), Sous Chef or above
- A fresh food background
- Excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- A reliable and professional attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A current Enhanced DBS certificate is essential. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is preferred due to the variety of client locations.
