A Head Chef is required (6:30am - 2:30pm) for a fresh/modern artisan bistro/café in the centre of Cambridge. The menu choice is controlled and every dish is packed with flavour and presented to the guest with care and effort. You will have an experienced Pastry Chef who produces 6 different varieties of cake per day.
You will be working with fresh and locally sourced breakfast ranges from local oats, smoked salmon on homemade sourdough, and for lunch, homemade sausage rolls and seasonal handmade quiches. No All Day Breakfast!
