We're working with an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant looking for a talented Sous Chef with previous Michelin experience to join its kitchen brigade.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant
A genuine passion for high-quality ingredients, seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain exceptional standards during service
A hardworking, professional attitude and a desire to keep learning
