Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Evening Chef de Partie to join their team in a busy, high volume kitchen in Central London.
Working as part of the kitchen team, you will prepare and deliver food for the evening service to a consistently high standard.
What we are looking for A passionate, driven Chef de Partie with a stable work history
Comfortable working late and evening shifts
Proven experience in a high-volume environment, ideally within hotels, conference centres or large-scale catering
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
The ability to run a section and consistently deliver high standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
A willingness to learn and develop
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30–20:00.
