We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing catering company in Churchdown, Gloucester, delivering everything from intimate private celebrations to weddings and corporate events for up to 200 guests. They're looking for a Wedding & Events Coordinator to own the entire event journey from first enquiry through to flawless delivery on the day.

Responsibilities as Wedding & Events Coordinator:
- Respond to new enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Meet clients to discuss their vision, menu and budget
- Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
- Coordinate events end-to-end, from booking to delivery
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and other event professionals
- Build detailed event schedules and running orders
- Attend weddings and events
