General Manager | Central London | Predominately Monday to Friday | Up to Β£70,000 We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a prestigious, high-profile hospitality operation in Central London, covering everyday dining, coffee bars, la carte dining, internal hospitality and seasonal events. As the General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for operational delivery, commercial performance, client relationships and a team of 50+ employees, ensuring consistently high standards across service, food, people and guest experience. The Role Lead and develop a team of 50+ employees, including departmental managers. Drive revenue, profitability and overall commercial performance. Own budgets, forecasting, labour controls and financial reporting. Lead and grow the events operation. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships. Drive continuous improvement across service, food quality and operational standards. About You We are looking for a confident, commercially astute and people-focused hospitality leader with experience managing large, complex operations. You will ideally have: Significant hospitality, catering, events and contract catering experience at General Manager, Group Manager or Ops Manager level Proven experience leading teams of 50+. Strong commercial, financial and operational expertise. Experience managing high-volume events and complex hospitality operations. Excellent client and stakeholder management skills. A strong track record in people development and performance management. A hands-on, organised and resilient leadership style. A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service. Working hours will be predominately Monday to Friday however this is a 7-day operation.
