We're working with several gastropubs across the

Cirencester and wider Cotswolds area, all currently looking for a Sous Chef. CDP roles are well covered on our books at the moment it's specifically Sous level our clients need filling.

Good, honest gastropub food rather than tasting-menu territory, so we're after someone strong on fundamentals who can run a tight pass and hold the kitchen together when the head chef's not around.

Multiple venues means we can match you to whichever setup, hours and team suit you best rather than locking you into one option.

Own transport is essential clients are spread across the area and some sites aren't well served for early starts or late finishes.

What we're looking for

  • Solid Sous Chef experience, or a strong CDP ready to step up
  • Full driving licence and own car
  • NVQ/City & Guilds useful but experience matters more
  • Comfortable leading a section and the kitchen when needed

Get in touch or send your CV and we'll run through current openings and find the right fit.
