We are looking for a chef to run the kitchen at our laid-back restaurant on a holiday park in southwest France. It’s casual food, done well. A lot of BBQ — cooked outside on barbecues and offset smokers — plus Sunday lunches, charcuterie, and some straightforward French dishes during the busy summer months. Nothing fine-dining, no fuss.
