We are currently recruiting confident and experienced Front of House Team Leaders for exciting opportunities across events, hotels, restaurants, bars, conference venues, and hospitality sites. This role is perfect for someone with strong front of house experience who can lead by example, support teams during busy service periods, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexible ongoing work across a variety of fantastic venues.

Requirements:

  • Previous Front of House experience is essential
  • Experience in bar work, waitressing, and team leadership
  • Confident leading and supporting teams in busy hospitality environments
  • Reliable, professional, and well-presented
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends where required
  • Driving is preferred but not essential

Duties may include:

  • Leading front of house teams during events and service
  • Supporting bar service, drink preparation, and customer service
