Job Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful hospitality group for an experienced Group Marketing & Revenue Manager to lead commercial growth across two hotel properties.
This is both a hands-on AND strategic role responsible for maximising revenue, driving marketing activity, growing F&B, Spa & Rooms revenue, and ensuring both sites achieve their commercial potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies across both hotels
- Manage external marketing, PR and digital agency relationships
- Oversee website development and ongoing digital optimisation
- Lead email marketing and customer database growth initiatives
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, launches and in-house events
- Manage revenue, pricing and distribution strategies
- Drive revenue across weddings, conferences, events, restaurant and spa
- Work closely with Directors, General Managers and department heads to increase top-line revenue
- Identify and implement commercial systems and process improvements
- Support and mentor Events teams to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, guest communications and customer touchpoints
About You
You will have:
- Experience in hotel revenue management, hospitality marketing or commercial management
- A proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability
- Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change
