We're working with several gastropubs across Cirencester and the Cotswolds, and they all need a Sous Chef right now.

Our CDP roles are well covered, so it's Sous level we're after. The food is good, honest pub cooking, not tasting menus, so strong basics matter most. With so many venues to choose from, you can pick the hours and team that suit you.

What we're looking for

• Solid Sous Chef experience, or a strong CDP ready to step up
• Strong on the basics, able to run a tight pass
• Confidence leading a section, and the kitchen when the Head Chef's off
• A full driving licence and your own car, as our venues are spread out and some are tricky to reach for early starts or late finishes
• NVQ or City & Guilds is a plus, but experience matters more
