Main duties of the job:

  • The Practice Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients within a primary care setting.
  • Key duties include running nurse-led clinics, supporting patients with long-term condition management (such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension), and providing routine nursing services including immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and health checks.
