Assisting with learning new life skills and supporting independence as they prepare for adulthood. Guiding through country walks and nature exploration for fresh air and accessible adventures. Providing calm companionship during quiet moments, including headphone quiet time when needed. Assisting with hair care and styling, helping to relax and maintain personal grooming.

Practical Training involves understanding personal needs and brain preferences; prior clinical experience is not required. Future training in manual handling and wheelchair transfers will be provided once a trusted relationship is established. Helping navigate accessible routes during shopping and walking activities.

The Interview Process begins with an initial meeting, including the support network, to evaluate communication styles through interactive scenarios.
