We are recruiting a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, high-performing kitchen. This is a fast-paced, quality-led environment focused on fresh, vibrant cooking, with everything prepared daily. You will be a key part of the kitchen team, working closely with the Head Chef and stepping up to lead service when required.

Responsibilities as Sous Chef:
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
