You will be working in a brand new stunning property that has been redeveloped the last few years costing millions. You will be providing food for all the staff that work here as well as hospitality events. You will be working with fresh and seasonal food and you will have input into the menu – the food will be anything from bowl food – street food – 2aa rosette standard.
Sous Chef Highlights:
