Sous chef

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced SousChef to support and assist the Head chef delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a structured schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, while still having opportunities for paid overtime during special events. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the head chef delivering high quality seasonal menus Working closely with a small, dedicated team Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Assisting with menu writing, stock, ordering, and ensuring minimal food waste What We’re Looking For: Sous Chef from contract catering or high volume restaurants Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A passion for creating great food with a focus on quality and efficiency Knowledge of food safety and kitchen health regulations Perks: Straight shifts – early finish!
