Are you an experienced Sommelier looking for a new opportunity? THE JOB: Setting up for service and assistance with cleaning duties. Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice. Decanting fine wine. Strong knowledge of the onsite wine list. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier Strong attention to detail Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills. Can do attitude and ability to multitask. Experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel desirable. WSET level 2 or above Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approx. 10 per year) THE PACKAGE: 38K OTE (base + TRONC + GUARANTEED BONUS) 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis Christmas off Meals on duty Supportive and collaborative environment Please note that due to the high volume of applications only successful candidates will be contacted
