Are you a Maintenance Team Leader experienced with PPM? THE JOB: Assisting in general repairs and maintenance. Carry out painting and decorating repairs as necessary. Maintenance of an up-to-date records of the PPM scheduled maintenance tasks Maintenance of the equipment, supplies and tools to ensure they’re ready to use as required Adherence to the Health and Safety policies and standards are followed at all times and to ensure that safe working practices are used at all times. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience as a PPM Engineer for at least 1 year within a Hotel or a Private Members Club Can do attitude and positive approach any new challenges with a strong problem-solving focus. Great team player yet able to work independently. Reliable and excellent timekeeper. THE PACKAGE: 34K per annum + Service Charge 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis (no late evenings!)
