One of Central London’s most historic and distinguished hotels is seeking an accomplished Pastry Chef to join their established kitchen brigade, elevate the culinary offering, and craft unforgettable dining experiences for an international clientele.

As Pastry Chef, you will lead the creation and execution of outstanding desserts, pastries, and baked goods that reflect the prestige and innovation of our brand. You will oversee daily pastry operations, maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate our offerings. You will also be responsible for the design, preparation, and ongoing excellence of our signature afternoon tea service.
