This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning their hand to a bit of everything. No two days are the same, from painting and decorating to mowing lawns, carrying out minor repairs, and keeping the property looking its best. The role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and has a good all-round maintenance skillset.
