DAYTIME ONLY: A Sous Chef is required for an independent contract catering company. You and the team will be working with fresh produce completely bespoke to the clients' needs. You will be working in a state of the art kitchen and catering for up to 500 meals a day β from sandwich platters to fine dining.
WORK LIFE BALANCE: Every evening off β a busy day here would be to come in an hour earlier rather than an hour longer. Majority of the time you will be finishing around 3pm.
