One of the UK's leading food led contract catering companies is expanding their area support team due to a number of contracts won and renewed. This is an exciting and varied role as you will visit a range of sites including B&I, conference centres and private schools. At each site the food is fresh, seasonal and local, and ranges from fine dining to street food and grab-and-go.
Responsibilities:
- Provide area-wide support across multiple sites (Oxford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Central London).
- Cover sickness and assist with mobilisations, working with Area Managers and the Operations Director.
- Travel between sites to ensure consistent quality and delivery of services.
- Support on day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Collaborate with development and leadership teams to help drive improvements and opportunities.
- Occasional Saturday or evening work may be required in emergencies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience at a high level in professional kitchens; many onsite Head Chefs have worked in Michelin-star settings or with Rosettes.
- Creative and passionate chefs who value work-life balance.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate with Area Managers and senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel within the specified coverage areas (Oxford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Central London).
