A conference centre in central London is on the lookout for a passionate Chef Manager. You will be working for one of London\’s most modern and innovative food-led catering companies. The food spans from fine dining to street food, grab-and-go, and canapés; all of course will be your ideas.
The ideal Chef Manager needs to have experience in contract catering and understand the requirements of the sector.
Chef Manager Snapshot
- Salary: £43,500 – £45,000
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Holidays: Off all Bank Holidays (including Bank Holiday Mondays & Good Friday) and closed Christmas
- Catering Capacity: Up to a maximum of 250 guests
- Shift Timing: 7am – 3pm, straight shifts
- Event Space: For a maximum of 250 guests

- Food Quality: All food is fresh, seasonal, and sourced from local suppliers
