THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports To: Supply Operations Manager
Key Internal Relationships: Supply Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Off Trade, Off Trade NAE
Key External Relationships: Retail Supply Managers, Stock Controllers, Warehouse Operatives, Store Teams, Demand Planners
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Order Fulfilment – responsible for on-time and in-full (OTIF) fulfilment of all off-trade customer orders, including accurate processing and invoicing of these orders on our inventory management system.
- Retail Inventory Management – ownership of inventory levels across our retail supplier network, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at all times, and our inventory management system accurately reflects actual stock levels.
- Network Efficiency & Improvement Projects – driving supply chain efficiency improvements across all our retail customers to reduce logistics costs while improving service levels. This requires detailed analysis of our current supply chain setup to identify further improvements.
- In-Store Availability – working with key external stakeholders to implement supply chain improvements that drive best-in-class availability across all our retail customers.
- Store Compliance – collaborating with the Off-Trade team to optimise how JUBEL appears in the retail landscape, ensuring visibility and availability to customers.
- New Supplier Setup – supporting the Off-Trade team with new line forms and supplier setup forms as needed.
