THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Head of On Trade
Key internal relationships: Head of On Trade, Head of Activation, Head of Commercial, Sales & Activation team members, Operations team
Key external relationships: CRM partner, wholesale partners, on trade customers
Key responsibilities:
- Sales Data: You will take full ownership of sales data, collecting it from key partners and ensuring we have a complete picture of what we are selling and where. You will build and update our sales data dashboards using data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau), and using it to support the sales teams with data insights to help inform areas of focus.
- Customer Investment: You will be responsible for tracking and managing our customer investment process, working with our sales team to ensure inputs are up to date, reconciling actual customer investment vs accrued anticipated customer investment, and ensuring our customers get paid on time and in full.
- CRM Management: You will work with internal functional leads to manage our CRM system, building and maintaining reporting dashboards, creating new surveys and enabling better data capture, providing support and troubleshooting with the team, and unlocking insights that better enable the wider team. You will also work with our external CRM partner to share the needs of the team and the business, and further develop the platform.
- Inbound Sales: You will be responsible for managing our inbound sales leads, filtering and vetting them vs our sales framework, passing onto the sales team and wholesale partners where appropriate, or managing through the sales cycle to convert them into full-time stockists.
- Wholesaler requests: You will support the sales team with wholesale requests across both our national and regional wholesaler based, including everything from promotional and brochure features through to new line forms to set up more of our range with them.
- Beerfinder: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Beerfinder, ensuring it is reflective of the latest sales data, and ensuring we are driving consumers into our customers' pubs across the UK.
- Central accounts: Ownership of all our centrally owned accounts (regions where we don’t have team coverage), supporting with tech, POS and other requests to keep them happy and pouring seamlessly.
- Sales tools: You will be responsible for building, updating and maintaining our central sales tools including sales decks, category reports, commercial modellers and other tracking tools.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification: Degree, preferably in a relevant area such as Maths, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.

- Salary banding: £30,000
