Key responsibilities

Field marketing is about tapping into consumer niches where our product is perfectly suited, and providing memorable experiences for consumers in those key occasions. It is therefore of paramount importance that you have an intricate understanding of our consumers; how they socialise, where they live, where they drink, how they meet people, their hobbies and interests, brands they interact with etc. In this role you will be responsible for immersing yourself within the Music & Culture community.

  • Leading the charge on showing up meaningfully in those places and occasions to sample consumers and ensure the product experience is memorable and experiential (e.g. sampling beers at pop up DJ sets, artist green rooms, new record releases etc).
  • Build relationships with influential brand advocates within the Music & Culture community who have a strong digital footprint, and want to authentically share their love for JUBEL with their following.
  • Build relationships with brand partners in the Music & Culture community in order to develop a strong calendar of brand partnerships throughout the year.
  • Work closely with our Field Marketing Manager to ensure activations are off-piste, word of mouth worthy, and geared towards generating as much noise across our digital platforms as possible.
  • Taking end to end holistic responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of activations and brand partnership events (i.e. relationship, organisation, logistics, execution).

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and is subject to review in agreement with the post holder.
