Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Swansea for an Instructor at JTs Motorcycles. The Instructor will be responsible for educating and training individuals on various aspects of motorcycle operation and safety. Tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves evaluating the progress of learners and maintaining accurate training records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of motorcycle operation, safety procedures, and defensive driving skills
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials, and provide clear instructions
• Strong communication, mentoring, and evaluation skills
• Certifications required for instructing motorcycles, or ability to acquire them before employment
• Patience, organizational skills, and a focus on promoting a safe learning environment
• Experience in a training or teaching role is necessary.
