The Role
We are seeking a self‑motivated and competent Administrator to support in the Purchasing Team. This is initially a temporary week to week assignment, starting as soon as possible. You will need proficient Microsoft Office skills, strong organisational and planning skills with confident communication skills.
- Daily ordering for Education and Care
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods
- Setting up new suppliers including credit accounts and maintaining a database of centralised login details
- Coordinating and managing returns to suppliers
- Booking holidays and trips for our young people
- Ad hoc credit card purchasing
