Jtr Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Corporate Functions and occasionally operational teams across a 260-strong workforce. This broad, autonomous role involves partnering with 15 senior managers and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver practical, business-focused HR solutions while navigating day-to-day challenges. The successful candidate will be pragmatic, commercially minded and confident advising on strategy as well as hands-on HR activities.
