We are looking for a motivated, organised and data-driven HR Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for either a bright graduate looking to take their first step into HR, or an experienced administrator who enjoys working with systems, data and process improvement. You’ll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle while using data and reporting to help drive informed decision making across the business. From producing HR documentation and supporting new starters, to creating dashboards and analysing trends, this is a varied role that combines people administration with insight and reporting.

We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive and eager to learn, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering a great employee experience. This role offers hybrid working (3 days on site and two days working from home).

Responsibilities
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to analyse trends and track key HR metrics
  • Develop and create monthly HR reports for senior leadership
  • Monitor and report on people data to support informed decision making
  • Assist with continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
  • Produce employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Set up new starters on the HR platform and support the probationary review process
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Process security documentation
  • Act as focal point for general queries

  • Strong data and tech skills, ideally, with experience using Power BI or similar tools (dashboards, visuals, and reporting)
