JTP is an award winning, international placemaking practice of architects and masterplanners.

From our studios in London and Bristol we undertake placemaking projects at every scale, from cities and towns, to neighbourhoods, streets and the design of individual buildings.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house graphics team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone seeking their first role and looking to develop their skills in a creative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with our architecture, urban design and masterplanning teams, creating visually compelling pitch decks, brochures, and visual presentations to communicate the narrative and value of our Places to clients and stakeholders throughout the lifespan of a project.

You will be responsible for producing high quality outputs for both print and digital, including branding, information graphics, diagrams and creative assets to tight deadlines.

You will also have the opportunity to design visually engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Tik Tok.

This includes creating storyboards, editing short-form videos and reels, and curating cohesive social media feeds.

You’ll contribute to creating graphics, animations, and video content, ensuring alignment with the Practice’s mission and values.

Staying updated on design and social media trends will be key to keeping our brand and project Place Brands distinctive, fresh and competitive.

Candidates must be creative, highly motivated and detail-orientated, with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is essential.
  • Enthusiasm for and experience of design for print, exhibitions, illustration, video editing and animation is extremely advantageous.
  • Experience of Premier Pro, After Effects, Express and Cap/Cut is highly desirable.
  • An interest in architecture and the built environment is desired but not essential.
