Join our team as a Assistant Property Manager & New Lets Coordinator. Secure a flexible London-based role offering up to £30,000 per annum and two days of remote working each week.

The Role

Position: Assistant Property Manager / New Lets Coordinator

Location: Holloway/Archway, London (Hybrid: 3 days office/portfolio, 2 days remote)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Purpose: Manage a portfolio of around 50 properties, delivering seamless tenant onboarding and top-tier maintenance support and progress a new let application from offer agreed to move in.

General Duties

Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of around 50 properties.

Maintenance: Assist with day-to-day maintenance, including arranging, monitoring, and resolving repairs.

Quotes: Prepare and review contractor quotations to present clearly to clients.

Communication: Handle telephone and written queries, liaising daily between landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Compliance: Book safety certificates, maintain correct property files, and assist with management portfolio compliance audits.

Client Relations: Build one-to-one care and relationships with clients from the point of instruction via face-to-face or video calls.

Move-ins: Complete move-in packs, verify documentation, and ensure properties are fully ready for tenants.

Inspections: Carry out pre-management visits to build property files and perform 6-monthly inspections with full reporting and remedial follow-ups.

Terminations: Assist with the tenant checkout process and ensure correct documentation is provided to all parties.

Discretion: Maintain strict customer confidentiality and remain discretionary at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Licence: A clean UK driving licence is mandatory for portfolio travel, inspections, and visits.

Experience: 12 years in London residential lettings or property administration.

Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of current UK right-to-rent and safety regulations.

Tech Savvy: Experience using property management software (e.g., Alto, Goodlord).

Skills: Exceptional multitasking skills, sharp attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic when working from home.
