Location: JTL\’s National Administration Centre – Wrexham
Working pattern/hours: Full time, 35 hours per week.

Job Purpose
To provide a professional, customer focused and first‑class service, supporting the Engagement team and JTL’s Business Plan
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To carry out a range of routine administrative duties to support the team in maintaining KPI’s and as required by Management.
- Handle all enquiries in a timely and professional manner as directed.
- Ensure all Applicant, Learner and Employer documentation / information is logged accurately into the company systems within agreed timescales, always maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all teams within the division and with relevant external parties.
- Provide information, advice and guidance when receiving and responding to inbound communications. Where possible solving queries first‑hand, always ensuring Customer (Internal and External) satisfaction.
Qualifications
- GCSE, Maths and English, A‑C or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, with good prioritisation and organisation skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role
