Job Purpose: To provide a professional, customer focused and first‑class service, supporting the Engagement team and JTL’s Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Carry out a range of routine administrative duties to support the team in maintaining KPIs and as required by Management.
- Handle all enquiries in a timely and professional manner as directed.
- Ensure all Applicant, Learner and Employer documentation/information is logged accurately into the company systems within agreed timescales, always maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all teams within the division and with relevant external parties.
- Provide information, advice and guidance when receiving and responding to inbound communications.
- Where possible solve queries first‑hand, always ensuring Customer (Internal and External) satisfaction.
Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE, Maths and English, A‑C or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, with good prioritisation and organisation skills.
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
