JTL is seeking an Electrical Workshop Technician & Trainer at the Medway training centre.

This full-time role combines maintaining a safe, well-equipped workshop with delivering practical training and targeted AM2S preparation to apprentices.

You will mentor learners, prepare materials and bays, and provide coaching to build confidence, competence and industry-ready behaviours for successful EPA outcomes.
