Offer guidance, feedback, and support to learners to ensure an excellent learning experience across both apprenticeship and commercial programmes. Mark learner assessments and exam paperwork accurately, within required timescales, and in accordance with internal and external quality assurance expectations. Participate in internal quality assurance processes and engage constructively with feedback to support continuous improvement. Stay up to date with developments within the electrical industry (including industry trends, qualification updates, and regulatory changes) to ensure teaching and assessment remains current and relevant.
