Responsibilities:

  • Helping with day-to-day office admin
  • Helping with day-to-day operation admin tasks
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) confidently
  • Bookkeeping tasks including invoices, purchases and reconciliations
  • Managing calendar appointments and email management
  • Data entry and preparing documents
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Keeping files and records organised
