This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Service Technician. The role is based in Newtownabbey, but some work from home is acceptable. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and performing system and network administration. Additional responsibilities include setting up and configuring network equipment, managing data backups, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place. The technician will work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance their business operations.
