At JTec IT Ltd we deliver IT support and services to a wide range of clients, mainly across Northern Ireland. Services include supplying and supporting computers, servers, networks, security equipment and Cloud technologies as well as providing software and support of Cyber Security services. Customer service is at the forefront of our thinking, making sure our clients' IT systems work the way they are intended to.
The Role
We are now seeking an experienced IT Senior Support Technician specialising in Microsoft 365 to join our existing support team. This is a key technical role responsible for providing second/third line technical support to our clients online, on the telephone and on site. The technician is responsible for implementing, investigating, resolving and supporting Microsoft 365 systems, across a variety of technologies such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD, Information Technology and Security services. Additional support to clients' Windows based computer systems including Windows Desktop and Server operating systems with associated applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Provide technical support to customers within our Service Level Agreements, ensuring that all tickets are correctly logged.
- Pro-actively monitor internal systems including backup reports, network and device monitoring systems, anti-virus, and patch management dashboards etc to identify issues of concern and resolve areas of concern.
