Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant (PA)

to provide remote administrative and executive support to senior leadership within

a fast-paced financial services firm based in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy,

and capable of managing tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, client appointments, and conference calls

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport)

- Prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity

- Organise and manage email inboxes: flag priorities, draft replies, and maintain clear communication channels

- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams on behalf of executives

- Support basic financial administration: invoice tracking, expense reports, and procurement documentation

- Assist with meeting preparations including agendas, minute-taking, and follow-up actions

- Manage file storage and organisation through cloud-based systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role, preferably in finance, banking, or a corporate environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
