ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role is aligned and sits within the GroupFinance - Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Jersey. Therole holder will provide clear, accurate,and timely technical analysis to senior staff members in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment. This is an excellent position for an individualwho wants to develop the skills, qualities and experiences toprogress in a position within internal finance and develop accounting dutiesand responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Delivery of high quality, complex and insightful analysis and forecasting.
- Building and design of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages.
- Analysis and evaluation of data to ensure accuracy of Management Information.
- Assistance with the delivery of projects.
- Performance of various reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
- Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions.
- Providing internal support to a global Finance Department.
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of delivering technical analysis whilst working under pressure.
- Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
