The Senior Manager Operations role is responsible for supporting the efficient, well-controlled and scalable operation of the GAS UK Host AR/AIFM business. The role holder will bring strong UK Host AR/AIFM experience and help ensure operational processes, systems and controls are fit for purpose, aligned to regulatory requirements and consistent with industry best practice.
The role will drive operational efficiency through the identification and implementation of process improvements, greater use of technology and stronger operational oversight. It will support the maintenance of an effective control environment and help ensure the business continues to meet all applicable regulatory obligations and internal standards.
The role holder will work collaboratively across the business, lead and support colleagues where required, and contribute to the maintenance of Group standards, culture and values in line with JTC expectations.
