Senior Administrator β Fiduciary & Restructuring Services
TheSenior Administrator will support the administration of Directorship and Liquidationstructures, assist with the preparation of financial reporting and statutorydocumentation, and help ensure matters are progressed in line with legal,regulatory and fiduciary obligations under the supervision of the case leader.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Directorship and Liquidation and related corporate entities, including client communications and case management under the guidance of the case leader.
- Assisting with the drafting of resolutions, agreements, minutes and related documentation.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and financial reporting schedules for corporate structures.
- Assisting with the preparation and collation of tax and regulatory reporting information.
- Coordinating banking and other third-party activities, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Maintaining filing, records and documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
- Review and maintenance of statutory documentation.
- Managing billing processes and monitoring fee payments.
- Liaising with third parties including legal and tax advisors, with support from the case leader where required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Working towards a professional qualification from an internationally recognised accounting body, governance body or insolvency/restructuring qualification provider, such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CGI, CPI or equivalent.
- CFE, CPI or other insolvency, restructuring, governance or financial crime qualification, completed or in progress, would be desirable.
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related discipline desirable.
- Demonstrable relevant experience in accounting, fund administration, corporate services, audit, restructuring, insolvency or a related financial services role.
- Some exposure to accounting, financial reporting or statutory administration.
- Experience of audit, fund accounting, corporate administration or liquidation support desirable.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Viewpoint or similar (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Able to work independently and proactively as well as be a strong team player.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed.
