Officer - Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent DEPARTMENT: Finance DIVISION: Group WORKPLACE STRUCTURE: Hybrid ROLE OVERVIEW PURPOSE OF JOB The role is aligned and sits within the Group Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Jersey.

The roleholder will assist with providing clear, accurate, and timely technicalanalysis to senior staff members in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Training, guidance and mentorship will be provided.

This is an excellentposition for an individual who wants to develop the skills, qualities andexperiences to progress in a position within internal finance, learn on the joband develop accounting duties and responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Assist with the delivery of high quality, complex and insightful analysis and forecasting.

Assist with the building and design of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages (previous experience preferred but not essential).

Analysis and evaluation of data to ensure accuracy of Management Information.

Assistance with the delivery of projects.

Performance of various reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions.

Providing internal support to a global Finance Department.

Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.

Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.

Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
