Assistant Accounts Officer – Finance Operations
The role is aligned and sits within the Group FinanceTeam based in Jersey. The role holder will be responsible for a variety ofinternal finance and accounting tasks. This is anexcellent entry level position with a structured training and coachingprogramme to develop the skills, qualities, and experiences to progress into aposition of internal finance and accounting duties and responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Daily monitoring of bank accounts and recording of income receipts against client debtor invoices.
- Liaising with client administration teams to ensure income receipts are accurately recorded and queries resolved.
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Processing client entity closedown requests.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Team player, ability to work well with a team.
