Are you a creative, detail-driven designer looking to make a real impact within a growing, innovative brand? JTAPE is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our Marketing and Sales teams in producing high-quality visual content across digital, print, and packaging. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring ideas to life, enhance our brand presence, and ensure consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities
- Utilising InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and additional Adobe Creative Suite tools to complete tasks assigned and prioritised by the Marketing Manager.
- Support the Marketing and Sales team in the creation and delivery of engaging visual content, both digital and print, for use within JTAPE marketing and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand and complete design requests.
- Ensure brand consistency across all media, adhering to JTAPE brand guidelines.
- Establish and maintain creative content within a dedicated design server containing all artwork, ensuring all files are correctly named, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
- Stay up to date with emerging creative trends and latest software to keep our content fresh.
Duties will include
- Product & Promotional Literature – creation and updates to collateral such as product brochures, sector guides, promotional flyers, product info sheet, technical data sheets, process boards.
- Point of Sale Materials – collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and enhance our Point of Sale offering to support JTAPE distributors worldwide.
- Product Packaging – design and update packaging artwork; supply print-ready files, liaise with printers, check proofs, and ensure consistent brand identity across all packaging formats.
- JTAPE Image Library – management of all imagery and video content, ensuring all files are named accordingly and saved in correct locations.
- Product Labels – create and maintain label artwork across all product lines and label formats.
- Die-cuts – produce accurate outlines to aid the production of bespoke shapes and nest to maximise material usage, reducing waste.
- Sales Enablement Assets – work with the Marketing Manager to develop a suite of polished, branded documents including corporate presentations, product launch decks, sales pitch decks, and marketing support menus, in addition to corporate stationary (i.e. business cards) and branded giveaway items.
- Trade Show Collateral – design stand graphics and associated marketing assets for exhibitions and industry events.
Technical Skills
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of artwork setup for the printing process.
- Experience within creation/editing of animations and video content would be an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
