Role Focus

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will support recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and onboarding.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll engage prospective candidates, conduct structured screening conversations, coordinate recruitment activities, and contribute to an efficient, professional, and candidate-focused hiring process.

What You'll Do

  • Source and engage prospective candidates through recruitment platforms, talent databases, and outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct structured screening calls and interviews using established recruitment frameworks, with training and guidance provided.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment follow-ups to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assess candidate suitability, maintain accurate recruitment records, and manage hiring pipelines.
  • Support onboarding activities and contribute to a positive experience for successful candidates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and operational efficiency.
