Managing our bespoke mortgage CRM (Active CRM) — checking, updating and keeping records accurate, and coordinating data in Excel.
Handling incoming leads and website enquiries, booking appointments into advisers' diaries.
Answering calls and client queries as a warm, professional first point of contact.
Collating client files and inputting information accurately into the CRM.
Preparing financial information, sending invoices and chasing payments as required.
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, insurers and introducers.
Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration and compliance paperwork.
