About the role J&J Therapy is a specialist hands-on physiotherapy clinic in New Malden, where manual therapy is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an MSK Physiotherapist — from 2 years' experience through to senior level — to join our growing, multicultural team.
New Malden, KT3 (2-minute walk from the station) | £36,000–£48,000 per year | Full-time, permanent
Located on the ground floor of CI Tower, just minutes from New Malden station, J&J Therapy has built a trusted name in our community with 300+ five-star Google reviews. We hold direct contracts with seven major UK private medical insurers (Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, Allianz, WPA and Cigna), giving us a steady flow of both insured and self-paying patients. Our clinic is equipped with modern facilities including shockwave therapy, therapeutic ultrasound and electrotherapy.

Salary: £36,000–£48,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and manual therapy competency
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week — approximately 33 hours of clinical (patient-facing) time plus around 7 hours for treatment notes and room turnaround
Manage your own caseload and treatment approaches, supported by our clinic director and senior physiotherapist (10+ years' MSK experience)
25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (33 days total)

Deliver high-quality manual therapy as the core component of treatment (joint mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue techniques, myofascial release, neurodynamic mobilisation)
Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans and monitor patient progress
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with HCPC standards
Support accurate insurance billing through Healthcode
HCPC registration as a physiotherapist
Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in outpatient MSK physiotherapy
Demonstrable hands-on manual therapy skills
Commitment to maintaining thorough, accurate clinical records
Advanced manual therapy qualifications (MACP, McKenzie MDT, Mulligan, Maitland or equivalent)
Experience or qualifications in shockwave therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, clinical Pilates, paediatric MSK, women's health, or sports/Swedish massage
Experience with private medical insurance billing
Korean or an additional language is an advantage, given our multicultural patient base
