J&J Therapy is a specialist hands-on physiotherapy clinic in New Malden, where manual therapy is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an MSK Physiotherapist β from 2 years' experience through to senior level β to join our growing, multicultural team.

The role
- Salary: Β£36,000βΒ£48,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and manual therapy competency
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week β approximately 33 hours of clinical (patient-facing) time plus around 7 hours for treatment notes and room turnaround
- Schedule: 3 days 09:00β18:00 and 2 days 10:00β19:00, with a 1-hour lunch break
- Generous treatment time: Follow-up sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes β you decide the appropriate length. No rushing through 15-minute appointments.
- Clinical autonomy: Manage your own caseload and treatment approaches, supported by our clinic director and senior physiotherapist (10+ years' MSK experience)

Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive MSK assessments and deliver effective hands-on treatment for a wide range of outpatient musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver high-quality manual therapy as the core component of treatment (joint mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue techniques, myofascial release, neurodynamic mobilisation)
- Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with HCPC standards
- Support accurate insurance billing through Healthcode
- Contribute to the development of our clinical protocols and treatment pathways
What we're looking for (essential)
- HCPC registration as a physiotherapist
- Full CSP membership
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in outpatient MSK physiotherapy
- Demonstrable hands-on manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and a compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Commitment to maintaining thorough, accurate clinical records
Desirable
- Advanced manual therapy qualifications (MACP, McKenzie MDT, Mulligan, Maitland or equivalent)
- Experience or qualifications in shockwave therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, clinical Pilates, paediatric MSK, women's health, or sports/Swedish massage
- Experience with private medical insurance billing
- Korean or an additional language is an advantage, given our multicultural patient base
